MORE BOB & MICHELE

Here are some more sketches for that project I'm gearing up for.

What happened if you woke up one day and the world was gone? That might be fun. The last couple on earth... The ultimate fantasy of Fingerman, so he can finally have Michele all to himself, on a "leveled" playing field. You guys are my favorite Omega duo. If there is any justice your antagonist should be Richard Corben, who like you is strangely untouched except he’s naked of course.

Bingo. Almost. Yup, this is going to be a post-apocalyptic tale. I'm hoping to coin a new genre: speculative autobiography (can I trademark that?).

I love that term, also: Omega Duo. That's damned good. I might have to steal that. But for contributing to this work in progress, I can at least guarantee you a sweet cameo appearance.

Even though the phrase has not been used to describe them, Philip Roth's Operation Shylock, Jonathan Safran Foer's Everything is Illuminated and all of Neal Pollack's work can be considered speculative autobiography.

Maybe so. But who's the clever dick to coin that term? Me!

PS: clever dick (British & Australian)
someone who tries too hard to show that they are clever, in a way which annoys other people.

I know, I know.

I like those "ready for action/sensing impending danger" poses you two are sporting in the first sketch.
